I am looking for the Elizabeth Halterman from Palmyra, IA, who married Lincoln Shackelford. All I know about her is this and the names of her children.

Fron two differdnt sources I have her parents listed as:

1) John Halterman and Sarah Gardiner---no dates---
Their children Louis LeRoy, William Warren, Cecil, Stella, and Hazel Marie Shackelford. Elizabeth died in or shortly after giving bitrth to a son who also died on 4/17/1901. Elizabeth, Lincoln, the infant son, and their son William and his wife Margaret Louise White are buried in Rising Sun Cemetery, Des Moines--east side of town--along with other generations of Shackelford's.

2) Joseph Halterman, born ca 1843 and Elizabeth Flesher, born ca 1835. This source gives Elizabeth (Lizzie) Halterman Shackelford's birth date as 9/06/1868 in Palmyra and her wedding date as 8/10/1883.

3)Elizabeth (Flesher) Halterman's parents are listed as Phoebe Turnipspeed and Solomon Asbury Flesher.

Does any of this information match up with what you have?
Who are her parents?

My Elizabeth and Lincoln Shackelford lived and died in Des Moines, IA. He is the brother of the founder of the Shackelford Brickyard on 23rd and Dean in East Des Moines.

Any information you can give me would be helpful. Were there any of the pictures of my relatives in those you recieved? Thanks
