Flemming, John Lewis JOHN LEWIS FLEMMING, 1947 - 2005 Husband of Dyan Flemming; brother of Howard (Wanda) Flemming; uncle of Jessica Flemming; son of Alice Flemming. Beloved husband, precious and attentive son, cherished brother and uncle, John left us much too soon and unexpectedly on January 25, 2005. John was born in San Mateo, Calif., in 1947. He attended San Mateo High School, College of San Mateo, and earned a B.A. in art from San Jose State. He leaves a legacy of beauty in the home interiors, local restaurant designs and custom furnishings around the Bay Area through his business, JF Designs. In recent years, John's passion and athleticism have focused on perfecting his golf game. In the quiet of the morning hours we will remember him and his joy when a perfect drive climbed into the sparkling Crystal Springs Golf Course sky. A memorial gathering will be held at O'Connell's Chapel, 1311 S. El Camino Real, San Mateo, CA 94402, on Saturday, January 29, 2005, at 5 p.m. Memorial donations to the American Heart Association, 1710 Gilbreth Rd., Suite 100, Burlingame, CA 94010.
