Fleming - Jersey City - Mayo?

Hello,
I am tying to find information on my great-grandfather, David Fleming. I know it will be tough since he could not read or write.

The 1910 census shows his birth as 1857; he seems to have come to the US in 1881. He had known brothers Thomas and James we believe also came over. He married Mary Elizabeth (Beesy?) Green and they had 4 children - David, Thomas, Mary and Charles.

We were likely from County Mayo (but part of the family always said Cork). I have to side with the former since he actually met Davey. Was looking for any connection on the Ireland side, or if any part of the family still exists there.

Thanks, Mark
