Julia's mother was Margaret Hall,born in Overston Co, Tenn. Margaret's father was a William Fleming of Ireland who married Mary Hall from Kentucky.
Margaret apparently lived with a man until she is listed as a widow on the 1900 census but living with son Andrew Fleming Jr. and Jula Ann Fleming the daughter. Andrew was the name of the man who fathered the children but don't have a last name on it. The children as you can see are using the "Fleming surname".
