Obit dated 6 Oct 2006 available www.Idahostatesman.com/obituaries. Obit does not give parents names but they preceded him as did his brother Jack, also preceding was his wife, Irene V. Cowger; survivors include 5 children.
Based on 1930 Census for Wendell, Gooding County, Idaho, parents probably were:
Elcie C. Fleenor, b. 1903, OR; Pearl C. (Thorp) Fleenor, b. 1905; also in the home are Edward E. Fleenor, b. 1926, Jack R. Fleenor, b. 1927 and brother-in-law to Elcie, Edward Thorp, b. 1916, ID.
