Jerry, he just appears in the 1850 Poinsett County, AR census showing birth in TN along with his parents birth in TN. That's the earliest and the info I have on him. He shows up in Civil War info and seems to remain in Craighead County, AR. His wife is buried in Pope County AR where her family was concentrated. I "think" he is buried in Jonesboro, AR having died first and then his wife moved to her people in Pope County, AR. I can find nothing confirmed about him prior to the 1850 census.
