I just read your message about Grissilla McAlister Fleeman.
She and Francis Marion Fleeman are my great great grandparents. I have research that was done by another great great grandchild... Ed Ashby. This was done about 12 or 13 years ago. If you are interested in the information,

Grissilla Paralee "Grisey" McAlister b. ca. 1837 TN d. between 1987 and 1874. I have her marriage date to Francis Marion Fleeman as June 28, 1862, Giles Co., TN.
I assume that she died in Giles County, TN because Francis Marion married two more times before his death. He is
buried in Mississippi Co., AR (near Hornersville, MO) in
Box Elder Cemetery. This is also where his son John K.Fleeman ( my great grandfather) and Alonzo Fleeman, Son of Francis Marion and Grissilla Fleeman are buried.
