Charles & Clara Shean Flanigan in Rock Island, IL

My husband Pat Gabriel and I would love to find his Flanigan relatives, descendants of Charles Wilson Flanigan and Clara Shean who lived in Rock Island, IL. Clara was 1st cousin to my husband's grandmother Rose Shean Coomes. Charles and Clara were born in 1896 in Rock Island. They had 2 children, Patricia and Dan. Rose and her daughter Mary visited this family in 1937. We have a picture with Mary (she was 9 at that time) sitting on a wooden horse, probably in their back yard and Patricia and Dan sitting on a swinging bench behind Mary.

Words on the back of the picture:
"Patty & Dan Flanigan
Rock Island IL
Aug 14 1937
No 2013 - 29 St."
