I found Ceba on http://ssdi.genealogy.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi He was born 21 Sep 1902. "Ceba" is such an unusual name I tried for him in the census images I subscribe to. 1920 Census Middlesborough, Bell, Kentucky, ED 25, Page 15A Flanary, Nora B, 35, Widowed, Virginia, USA, USA ("USA" means whoever gave the data had no clue but was pretty sure they were not immigrants) Seba Flanary, 18, son, Kentucky Clarence Flanary, 16, son, Kentucky Arthur Flanary, 13, son Kentucky Stella M Flanary, 10, dau., Kentucky Alonzo Flanary, 7, son, Kentucky John H Flanary, 4 */12ths [can't read the fracion], Kentucky Gillie | Gilbert S Flanary, 6/12ths, Kentucky 1910 Census, Kentucky, Bell, Pineville, District 18, p. 18B Flanary, Will, head, 35, Ky, Ky, Ky ----, Nora B., wife, 24, KY, Ky, Ky [They have been married 9 years, she has borne 5 children, 4 of whom are still living) Seba, son, 8, Ky, Ky, Ky (As are the rest) Clarence, son, 5 Arthur, son, 4 Stella, dau, 1/12th I can't find Will in the 1900, and I can't find a marriage record. I am 90% certain "Ceba" is "Seba" which might be short for "Sebastion". Maybe not; the LDS 1880 has 18 people named "Ceba" in the US, about 1/3rd of them male. I'm not related, just curious. This isn't much. If you can afford $27 for it, the SSN will sell you a copy of Ceba's SSN application, which should have his mother's maiden name, father's legal name, and Ceba's birth place.
