Howdy Len, Always glad to here from another cousin! Through the years I believe I've heard more from the descendants of William than any of the other children of Samuel! I still recall when I first came across the name "Snowflake Flake of Snowflake, Arizona!" I got a big "kick" out of that, but it wasn't until recently that I learned the town is actually named for two families, The Flake Family and the Snow Family. For years I just thought what a fantastic sense of humor someone had and how ingenius they were to coin the name Snowflake. Of course I assumed it was a Flake who named the town. I'd also assume that the Arizona congressman Rep. Flake is part of the family too. As to what I'd like to know, well, I'd like to know the name of Samuel Flake's father! <grin> I believe you probably meant to respond to Deborah and not to me, but I'm glad you did. I'm thinking though that our paths may have crossed before, perhaps on this forum?! <grin> Take care and again thanks for the reply! Jay Notify Administrator about this message?
