Flaggs in Hollis NH
I can not seem to determine who the father is for Eleaser Flagg VT likely DOB 1781 so I started from the beginning as I have been told all Flagg come from Thomas Flegg Lt. English Amry.I am using mygenealogy.com and I will try to make it public.Disclaimer--it is a compilation therefore I am using other peoples research without stopping to directly document or locate the original source.
I started with Thomas Flegg 1621.I have multiple lines in various stages of completion. My line appears to lie along Eliezer Flagg 1728 son of Eliezer 1696 son of Eleazer 1670 son of Gershom 1641 son of Thomas Flegg 1621.Eliezer 1728 has several brothers and they are either all or mostly all in Hollis, NH.This the correct city I need to be to join this two pieces together.I believe the repition of the name Elieser, the location, and the dates create a high degree of likelihood of discovering a match to a father or grandfather.Census records from 1810, 1820 match showing Rueben, Eleaser and Jonas (all brothers from this line all born around 1730) living in Hollis, NH.
I could use any information related Eliezer Flagg born 1728, Rueben Flagg 1730, Jonas 1731, John 1739, Jerusha 1744, or John 1750
thanks
Ron
