Flagg Family

Again I sit here trying to match my line to the root line established by Thomas Flegg. I keep having the same thought. If we know all Flaggs come from the same Flagg, Thomas Flegg then why not start at the beginning and do an all inclusive tree. It seems like every search yields another variation of the name Eleazor and a slight change in DOB.

I have some data taken from a book by Ernest Flagg and posted by yeoldewoburn. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

About me descendant of Eleazor Flagg 1781 married to Sarah O'Doyle in 1795. Some of this comes from Jack Torrance but this appears to be the correct Eleazor as my line goes through David 1818 then Elzi 1847 then James Edwin 1875 then my grandfather and to living. This is Cattaragaus County or more specifically a Randolph NY line.

So you see I am stuck where I was 4 years ago at Eleazor in 1781??? unable to bridge the gap to Thomas Flegg 1621.

I came across something that suggested the father of my Eleazor is in fact another Eleasor.

So the question is what children is any did Eleazer 1653 have???
