As this posting is 6 years old, I expect that my response may be mute. However, Rosie E. Flagg and John C. White are in my tree, too. I have very little information on either, what I have came from my grandmother's research.
I don't have a birth date for Rosie; I do have 1824, Maine as her death information.
The information I have on her spouse, John C. White is limited, too. I have his birth April 1792 in England and death September 28, 1870 in Maine. Based on the 1860 census, his residence that year was Jonesport, Maine.
I have one child of Rosie and John, my ancestor, William Flagg White in my records. Census records show his residence in Jonesport his entire life.
William's son, Charles Rockwood White, was my grandfather's grandfather. My grandparent's were from the Jonesboro area
I'd be happy to share additional information with you, after all, we may be cousins!
