Dr F. L. Flack would be Dr. Frank Leroy Flack, the son of William Frank Flack and Sarah (Brown) Switzer, and the husband of Jessica Olive Gordon.There were no children. Frank died in Tulsa in 1963. Frank Leroy Flack is a second cousin.
