Deborah, I don't know if this is the same family or families or not, but here goes. My ggrandfather, George Wash. Hightower had a daughter, Annie Hightower that married a Wyatt Parrish and my other ggrandfather, Julius Evans had a daughter, Mary Hester Evans that married a Lewis Hardy.Annie Hightower's brother, my grandfather James M. Hightower, married Roxie Ann Evans sister to Mary Hester Evans. So the Evans',Hightower's, Parrish's, and Hardy's are al involved with each other. There are a lot of cousin to cousin marriages in this group. They all lived in Washington County, Fl. I have heard my father speak of the Hinson's(Hinson's crossroads was named for them in Wash. Co.)but I do not know if they married into any of these families or not. The Evans and Hightower families are also of native american descent. If I can help with any info please let me know. Roxie Glass
