Etta Anderson, 90, of Washington County Convalescent Center in Chipley, died at the Northwest Florida Community Hospital Wednesday, Jan. 23, 1991. Mrs. Anderson had been a resident of Chipley since 1982 and had lived in Tampa and Blountstown. She was a native Floridian. Mrs. Anderson is survived by her adopted family, the Tommy and Billie Collins family of Chipley. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Wachob-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Randy Peel officiating. Interment will follow in Wachob-Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
