Thanks for your reply. You are right about the old house, iit is still standing in the woods near the Euchee Valley Not far from the Presbyterian Church. There are a lot of wilsons buried there. My GrandMother , Caroline (Mattie) was born and raised in that old log cabin. I believe she had a brother named Early also. According to the stories I have heard my GGF John built his own casket and kept it on the front porch of the Cabin. I heard they have a yearly reunion at the old church. I would love to attend. Do you know any thing about it?
