My father and his wife were listed in the Geneva Lumber Camp in the 1920 census. His name was Byron Taylor, though it was spelled "Bryan" on the census. His wife was Fannie L. From what I remember, she died in childbirth, maybe within a year, because Daddy and Mother married in Bonifay in 1923. (In the 1917 draft registration, his name was spelled "Barn". Where did these people learn to spell??) Somehow, it seems I derived her maiden name as Beck. In January of 1920, when they took the census, Daddy was 25, becoming 26 in February. Fannie was listed as 16. Is there anyone that is kin to Fannie? My cousin sent me a picture of Daddy and a lady, and I would like to know if this is a picture of Fannie; also, where she was buried, and any members of her family. Thank you. Joanie Taylor Brown.
