Looking for family of John J. Markham/Marcum/Markum. He was born ca 1866 in Bienville Par, LA. Father Abner J. Markham probably died in CW. His mother Marilla (Butler) Rigdon Markham moved back to Covington Co, AL by 1870.

Last found John J. Markham still living with his mother in 1880 Covington Co, AL. Is this the same John J. Marcum who got a land patent in Walton/Okaloosa Co, FL in 1892?

One Jessie M. Markham (born 1893 in FL) and wife Sarah J. are living VERY near Butler families in 1920 Covington Co, AL. Children of this couple are: Joseph P. Markham, Helen O. Markham, Flora R. Markham, William H. Markham, and Marion Markham.

Is this Jessie M. Markham a son of John J. Markham?

Any help on John J. and Jessie M. Markham will be appreciated.
