From the March 10, 1988 Fort Pierce Tribune: Kathryn Lakos, 77, of 381 N.W. Curtis Street, Port St. Lucie, died Wednesday March 9. She was a native of Footdale, Pa., and came to Port St. Lucie from Detroit, Michigan, 20 years ago. Mrs. Lakos retired from retail sales. She was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include a granddaughter, Shiela Bledsoe of McConnelly, W.Va.
