Hi Amy,
I live in Atlanta and wondered if you might help me in my quest for info on my GG Grandmother Charlotte Bethel, Johnson, Russell, b. Nov. 1830 she married Thomas Johnson, b. 1830 both in Hope Town, Abaco, Bahamas and had 3 children. I just found out April 09 that Thomas must have died and Charlotte had a 2nd marriage abt. 1854 to Edward Russell, b. 1828 also Hope Town and they moved to Key West, FL in 1873. The 1900 Key West Census shows her and Edward Russell living on Currys Alley, she had 9 more children with Edward, for a total of 12 children. I'm trying to find anything about her, especially her death date, did she become a Citizen, names of her Russell children. I sent away for a death certif. and got it back this week and it is the wrong Charlotte Russell, died 1914. I have not been able to get to Key West in years and hoped maybe we could find something on her-anything. It would mean so much.
many thanks
Ted E. Johnson, Jr.
