I am looking for information on my 2nd great grandmother Elizabeth C. Black born in 1823 possible in Georgia or Florida. I am looking for information on her parents. She married Richard Radcliffe on May 8, 1845 in Talbot, Georgia and had 10 children. Richard Radcliffe Sr. and Richard Radcliffe Jr. were killed while serving in Co. K 27th Regiment and she filed for pension April 4, 1862. She never remarried. I am trying to find out who her parents where, I was told that she was removed from a reservation but I don't know where. I was told that Richard Radcliffe was a minister of a church in Georgia. I appreciate any help I can get. I have information on Elizabeth, Richard and their children I just have run into a brick wall with either of their parents.
