EUGENE JOSEPH AND FREDA OLIVE HENELY
My father and mother met in England during WWII. He was in the army and she was in the WAF. After the war, he was brought back to the USA and a few years later, she joined him in Florida, where they were married. They had two sons, Michael Laurence and Philip Martin.
Due to life controlling issues, the couple were separated for a time, and the mother took her oldest son to live with her brother and family in Hammonton, NJ. They were reunited for a short time and had their second son. However, they were separated for good after that.
The mother took her two sons and lived again with her brother's family for nine months. She gained employment as a secretary at Deer Park Baking Co in Hammonton NJ. They lived in several rental homes through childhood.
The mother, Freda O, contracted cancer, which she had for seven years prior to her passing in January, 1978. She was cremated and her ashes are buried in Greenmount Cemetary in Hammonton NJ.
The father continued to live in Deland FL and passed in April, 1972.
