The standard spelling of Kelsey's family name is PURCELL.
I found this person dying in Miami, FL:
Kelsey Ellsworth Purcell
Death Date: 18 May 1971
He has a Soc. Sec. number issued in Rhode Island and he was born in 1907.
You can get a copy of his obituary which will disclose if this is the right person. There is a young man who lives in Gainesville, FL who copies obituaries from the U of FL library for a small fee. His name is Chris Welch.

I cannot identify Marge for this is a nickname for Margaret, Marjorie, Marguerite, etc.
The Scotts might be harder for Ken is probably a nickname for Kenneth and there are dozens of Kenneth Scott listed in various FL directories.
