His name is Alexander Doyle O'Steen, son of Allen Osteen of GA.
He was a soldier in the Indian Wars of FL and his widow Elizabeth was paid a pension for her veteran husband.
The Pension File # is WC-159, 27 Sept 1892.
If you want to get this pension file, I suggest you contact this researcher in Washington, DC and request him to copy for you. He is extremely reasonable in his fees. Most of the time he will copy for less than the National Archives can copy.
