Alvie,
I'm searching for Salgado death records for Monroe and Dade Counties between 1900 and 1940. We know my wife's great-grandfather Mateo Salgado was in Miami in 1930, because he's on the census (name misspelled) with his wife Rosa. They resided on West 21st Street between the fish markets there.

Also, we believe Mateo's parents died in Monroe County. Jose Salgado died between 1900 and 1910, and his wife Rosario P. Salgado died sometime after 1910. We cannot find any info on Mateo's brothers Marcelino Salgado and Alfonso/Idalfonso Salgado either. Both probably died after 1920.

I would really appreciate any help you may be able to give us on these folks!

Thanks,

Will Smith
Hillsboro, Tn
