This information says there is a funeral notice and obituary in the Tampa Tribune and you can get those items if you are interested and willing to compensate someone to go to a library and copy and mail.
I use a researcher in Gainevsille who does an excellent job of finding these things and mailing them for a very small fee.
His name is Chris Welch

The library might interlibrary lend the microfilm but it could consume months of wait.

Melvin Zosel died in Covington, KY on 01-31-1978. You can send a letter to the Covington Public Library and a stamped self addressed envelope with $2 for copy costs and ask for this obituary.

Find the library on the internet by searching:
http://www.google.com

The State of Florida will mail you a death record for $5 by sending US Currency to:
Florida Vital Records
P O Box 210
Jacksonville, FL 32231

KY will do the say but I dont know their address:
http://www.vitalrec.com

Good luck.
