Pamela,

This is getting a bit confusing. Maybe we should start forward and move backward on this.

What was your source for the sons names of Mary? Also approx ages for the sons?

I found a census listing for 1880 in PA for a Henry Porter 27 born in England married to a Mary Porter 21 with 2 sons, but the sons names are John H-3 and Thomas-1. There is also John McIntosh (father in law) and Elisa McIntosh (mother in law) living there. Have you come across this listing?

I have not found Henry, Mary or the sons in any FL census for 1880.

Maybe if you tell me your initial information regarding Mary's sons that makes you feel that she is connected to you it might help some.

Lisa
