In Florida the vital records were not begun until 1877 but only a very few were recorded until about 1915 when the state began requiring all persons to have a birth recorded.
Anyhow, if you can prove the person is deceased, you can get a birth record for anyone who was born over 100 years ago.
The family is not on the 1900 Census of FL so they must have had a child and left for parts outside of FL.
Do you have her marriage record? Do you have her death record?
Did any of these offer anything of value?
