I am looking for information on Thomas Sidney Mills, his wife Eliza Jane Forbes Mills (and later Jerkins), her father Wesley Forbes (Justice of the Peace in Leon Co), and her brother Enoch Forbes.

West Point, Troup County, GA “[T]he ferry across the Chattahoochee river at the village of Franklin (now West Point). . . was originally operated by the Creek Indians but in 1831 it was owned by Dr. Clement Forbes and his brothers, Charles and Westley (sic). 1860 Leon Co, FL, census: Zach Jerkins, age 5, living with Enoch Forbes; value $15,000.
1863—Wesley Berryan Mills returns for the last time to Leon Co, to meet with the judge as administrator of the Eliza Mills Jerkins’ estate for the Mills children. Enoch Forbes has custody of the infant Zach Jerkins.
1865—Catherine Elizabeth Mills (Callie) marries Allen William Bryan b. 19 Feb. 1827 to Winnifred Mills (?) and Thomas Bryan [son of Henry Bryan and (Honor Bonnell?)]. Callie and Allen were first cousins but I don’t yet know how. His first wife Alabama Safronia Bryan was his double first cousin, but I don’t yet know how.
