Hello Ada...I am not clear on the parents of John Hart, as it is a difficult work in progress after the loss of all my books etc in a fire. I am searching the 1880 Census, but am sure that the indexes have it mispelled. I have found the family in transcribed records spelled as 'Harts' and 'Hait'. I do have quite a bit of info on his children and wife. Just to make sure I have the right person....are we talking about the John Thomas Hart born June 14, 1864 who was married to Lilla? You may also want to contact the Church Cemetery where he is interred, as they usually have more info and/or list his parents from the death certificate. Let me know if you need any other info.
