I subsequenty learned that Joseph Moore's first wife, daughter of G W Turner of Jefferson County,FL died in early 1880. In 1882, he married Elizabeth Jane Davis , daughter of Err Davis and Louisa Roddenbery of Thomas County GA and Jefferson Co, FL. Jane had a child, Janie, born in August 1883. She and the infant died about 6 weeks later. Joseph Moore remarried for third time and then died in Thomasville in 1888 after falling from a water tower under contruction. Joseph was the son of Captain S L Moore of Thomasville. If anyone can add any additional facts or corrections, no mattter how small, I would like to hear from you. Especially I would like to know whether Elizabeth Jane had a son born in 1880.
