Ella Victoria Manning married Christopher Colombus Touchtone about 1901. I need the month, day and year. These are my grandparents.

Since Ella Victoria was reared in Holmes County, first in Ponce de Leon and later in Westville, I am hoping someone will have a old Bible record or something like this to confirm the date. She was the daughter of James Lorenzo Manning a civil war soldier and his wife Nancy Ann Jackson Manning of Pike County,Al. They moved from Al. about 1883, when Ella Victoria was about 3 years old.

Her brother Henry L. Manning is buried in the Ponce de e Leon Cemetery; her parents are buried in the Westville Inter-denominational Church cemetery (formerly a Methodist Church). I will appreciate any help you can give me on this. You may contact me at P.O.Box 707,Roseland,La. 70456 or esandel @ i-55.

Thank you.

Mary Sandel

The courthouse records burned and so I am unable to use that source.
