Dover, FL on 1910 Hillsborough census??

I am trying to find my grandparents and great grandparents REGAN on the 1910 Hillsborough Co. census. My grandparents should have been near Plant City and my great grandparents lived at Dover. I cannot seem to even find Dover Precinct on the 1910. Can anyone tell me what precinct Dover would have been in on the 1910 census? I know my mother was born at Plant City in the spring of 1910 but I am drawing a blank on finding her family there. If someone could give me a short geography lesson to go with this census, I would really appreciate it.
Gwen
