Emily Godfrey (born 1882) and Robert L. Outlaw married in Hamilton County in 1899. They had four children, and then he apparently died. Emily then married Perry Newton Mathis in 1911, possibly in Georgia, and had one child.

Does anyone know who Robert Outlaw's parents were, and/or where, when and how he died?

Can anyone confirm my supposition that Emily's parents were the Joshua Godfrey and Sydney M. Godfrey who appear in the 1880 Hamilton County census? In the 1920 Cook County, GA census, "Mrs. S. M. Godfrey," age 76, is living with Perry and Emily Mathis.

I would appreciate any information or leads.
