They were married 12-30-1874 in Gadsden Co, FL. George B Mills (born 1854)was a son of William Cleaton Mills. George is listed living with his parents in 1860 and 1870. In 1880 He is listed in Gadsden Co, FL living with wife and children. By 1900 he has migrated to Wilson Co, TX as had so many from Gadsden Co. He is listed with his wife Mattie and children which included his daughter Claudie Mills. This Claudie Mills marries Jerd W Woodlee (another Gadsden Co, FL native) before 1910. By 1910 George B Mills is living in the Jerd Woodlee household in Wilson Co, TX. There were also many Johnson families who migrated from Gadsden Co, FL to Wilson Co, TX. I am searching for the parents of Mattie E Johnson.
