Sorry, I have no direct answer to your question. However, I looked online at some historical maps and even the NOAA Coastal Survey maps, but with no success in discovering the location of "Harbor Point." I see Jones Point, Magazine Point, etc. Possibly, one of these was "Harbor Point", but has now been renamed.
Here are some suggestions of contacts that might better assist you.
PENSACOLA PUBLIC LIBRARY Reference # 850-436-5063
PENSACOLA JUNIOR COLLEGE LIBRARY go online for contact info.
(these libraries are part of the West Florida Regional Library system)
The following institutions may be reluctant to help you if you are not a student of the institution, but if the librarian is asked in a polite manner and one suggests that this is for 'scholarly' research, one might get some assistance. Both are public funded so they do have some obligation to assist the general public. Go first to the general reference desk and then to any "Special Collections" or map library that the institution might have.

Presently, I am a retired librarian living in NY State, but a long-standing map lover and it frustrates me that I can't answer your question. Also, I am keen to know of any answer you might obtain, as I once was stationed at Pensacola, although not at the Naval Air Station.
