Don't know if you still need this.

The 1930 Federal Census for DeSoto County, Florida shows Carl BAXLEY divorced and living with his parents. Marie BAXLEY, also divorced, is living with her brother Ben BLACK.

Both Marie and Ben were born in South Carolina.
