Well I finally found it. You take Long Bay Rd. north off of Hwy 21 in Middleburg, go to the deadend, turn left (West) go down about 3/4 of a mile to Live Oak Rd., turn right (North) continue until you enter Jenning Forest State Park, continue past the check-in station to the first dirt road south of the large power line, on the left, (road 14), turn left (West) and continue down that road for approx. 2 1/2 miles to the deadend and you will be at the Bell Cemetery of Clay County. Contact persons for the cemtery are;

Pickup truck or four wheel drive is recommended. It gets pretty sandy in a couple of spots.
