Evergreen Cemetery at Belmore; a one acre area, located in Belmore, north of Keystone Heights, off of State Rd 21. The Old Belmore Church once stood in the field behind the cemetery. Evergreen Cemetery is fully fenced with chain link fencing, and is landlocked on private property.

Death: Jun. 16, 1896
