RE: OBITUARY/Back Issues

Looking for an obituary of Oct 12, 1927 that likely appeared in one or both of Calhoun County's papers-The Calhoun-Liberty Journal, Bristol and The County Record, Blountstown. Back issues this old are considered historical and are on microfilm. The papers and local libraires do not have these. I have been told they are held at Tallahassee or Jacksonville, but where? Anyone out there familiar and know how and where to access them? These are small papers and I don't think listed on Newspaper sites, which I have been unable to access. Pls advise.
