Can someone tell me if the road off Hwy 22 beside the Kemp Cemetery which goes up to Kinard is still passable?
I am planning to visit the Cypress Creek Cemetery and thought of going that route. My dad has told me that he and his grandfather used to go that way to take their corn to be ground at the grist mill that used to be there. I thought it would be interesting to go that way if the road is still good and not closed.
