James Washington Kelly is unknown to me as well as his wife. Sorry I could not be of more help. My earliest Kelly is a DAVID KELLY believed to be born in Ireland about 1763, came to South Carolina about 1778, was a soldier in the American Revolution. He married Elizabeth Tyner in 1788. They had 10 children, none being names James Washingtin Kelly. David died on Jan 1, 1838.
Again, I am sorry I could not be of any help to you on your KELLY LINE.
