My g-g-g grandmother Mariah Sophia Fix was born in Virginia in 1816. I figure this means she is somehow related to the descendants of Jacob Fix that came from Pennsylvania since these are the only Fix families that I can find in Virginia in 1816. I find in Virginia. Mariah moved to Ohio and married Reed Davis in Miami county in 1842. Mariah married John Williamson in 1852. She died in Miami county in 1899.

I would like to know if anyone knows what family she belongs to. I know there are several books that have been written about the Jacob Fix family. I have tried to obtain these through interlibrary loans but the books are non-circulating. If anyone has a copy of these books I would like to hear from you.

Also, Mariah had two children, Lancy and Sophia Davis. Lancy was my g-g grandfather. I would like to find out what happened to Sophia Davis.
