My great, great, great grandfather, William Manning Fitzwilliam, married Jane McCully in 1787. He was raised in County Antrim. He moved to Ross County, Ohio in 1817. He had a family of 9 children, five daughters and four sons. His father was James Fitzwilliam who married an Irish Quakeress. James had been sent to Ireland by his father, an English Earl, to superintend linen mills that belonged to the Earl's estate. He and his wife had five children, 3 daughters and 2 sons. He died at age 35 and his widow emigrated to America about 1750. I would like to know more about the McCully family.
