I have found more information that may help researchers get in contact with me. I hope it is helpful.
Edward was the son of Henry and Margaret (Crawford) Fitzsimmons. He was born Oct 1834 in Ireland and died Aug 1908 in New York. His wife's name was Esther (Barnes) and she was born Aug 1836 in England and died Jun 1905 in Vermont.
Additons to their children:
1. Sarah Jane b. 1858 in New York; became a nun known as Sister St. Aristide and lived in Winnepeg, Canada.
2. Henry Billings b. Feb 1860 in New York, d. Apr 1902 in Vt.; m. (1) Hannah Allen of Vt. and had a son Alexander Henry(Sep 1893-?). m (2) Laura D. (May) in Vt. Feb 1895 and had two sons: one died the same day it was born (Sep 1899) and Harry Nicholas(Jan 1901-Sep 1980).
3. Edward Barnes b. Dec 1862 NY, d. aft 1908; m. Nellie Sullivan (1866-1891) and had three sons: Edward Murray (1888-1958), James Thomas (1890-1890), and Francis Joseph (1891-?)
4. Esther Louise b. Jan 1865, d. May 1940; m. James William Cauger (Cogger) (1851-1916) and had six children: Olive J. (1885-1936), Louise E. (1887-1970), William J. (1888-1888), Alice G. (1890-1967), Rachel M. (1893-1926), James W. (1896-1963)
5. Agnes Cecilin b. Aug 1867, d. ?; m. (1) Francis W. Richards (1858-1898) and had children: Henry Francis (1889-1890) and Ward Henry (1892-?); m. (2) John E. Keefe
6. Eva Josephine b. Aug 1869, d. ?; m. Horrace S. Walker (1854-?) and had children: Albert H. (1890-?), Walter H. (1892-?), Ralph A (1894-?), Julia E (1896-?), Henry J. (1898-?), Esther L (1899-?), Karl E. (1903-1992) and Florence A (1910-?)
