My grandfather James was adopted by a family named Carney(Kearney) in Phil. He had younger sister named Catherine. His father MIGHT have been a Patrick Fitzsimmons living in south Phil. on Montrose st. I don't believe we are related but quite a coincidence in the names. our family was from county Tyrone in Ireland.
