Robin, I just attended a Fitzsimmons family reunion meeting last night in Wetzel Co.
I am also a descendant of Patrick Fitzsimmons but through James A.'s sibling, Franklin. I am trying to pick up on genealogy information where my uncle, Newman Fitzsimmons, left off.
Pam Fitzsimmons gave me your name last night so I thought I would try to find you on www. Maybe we can help each other a little although I am beginning to feel as though I know very little about what seems like a large family.
I live in Middlebourne, Tyler County, WV, a neighboring county to Wetzel.
We meet some folks from CO at last year's reunion. Fred and Evie Fitzsimmons from Boulder, CO.
Our reunion is scheduled for August 28 at PPF Park in Proctor if you have any relatives in the area, send them our way as we would love to meet them.
