Looking for info on James Fitzsimmons (born about 1806)and his wife Bridget Clerkin, (born about 1812) from near Virginia, County Cavan, Ireland. Emigrated to America in 1847 with at least one child, John. John born in 1833. Family lived a time in Jo Daviess County, Illinois, then moved to Fayette County, Iowa. James and Bridget buried in St Peter's Cemetery, Clermont, Iowa. John and his wife, Eliza, buried in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Lawler, Iowa.
