FITZGIBBON who were millers in Ireland

My oldest ancestor found was said to be from a long line of millers. I am looking for other Fitzgibbons who were millers, possibly from Cork, Tipperary or Limerick early 1800's and prior.
Thomas Fitzgibbon(1814-1856)lived in Mallow and in Galway for a time but I don't know his origins, possibly Kilbeheny area. Married Margaret O'Brien in Mallow 1834.

Have you found any millers when researching your Fitzgibbon's?
